This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is between Mile High Internet Marketing, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, (“Mile High Internet Marketing, LLC” or the “Company” or “we”), and the person or entity (“you” or “User”) that has decided to use the services of Mile High Internet Marketing, LLC, any websites or apps associated with Mile High Internet Marketing, LLC, or any features, products, graphics, text, images, photos, audio, video, location data, computer code, and all other forms of data and communications (collectively, “Content”) made available by the Company (together, “Services”).

1)  Information Collection and Use

In using the Services you may be asked to provide us a variety of information including personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information. We may collect, store, and share this personal information with third parties, consistent with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Here are some examples of the following types of personal information we collect from you:
A.  Personally Identifiable Information: Collection
Personally identifiable information is data that can be used to contact or identify a single person. Through your own submissions, we collect your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.  We also collect account information, passwords, and other information required to perform the Services on your behalf.  
B.  Personally Identifiable Information: Use
The Services are designed to act on your behalf to cancel products or services you no longer wish to receive.  Personally identifiable information will be used to perform those Services for you.  This will, by its nature, require us to disclose your personally identifiable information to the entity or entities providing the products or services you wish to cancel.  When that provider uses a third party for its customer service, providing you the Services will require us to disclose your information to that designated party.  You hereby authorize us to collect, store, and use your personally identifiable information to perform the services you request.
The Services also permit Users to provide feedback about their experiences with the Services.  If you provide your name and location (city, state, and country), we may post those testimonials on the website.  We will not provide your further contact information (street address, e-mail, etc.) publicly when doing so.

We use your e-mail address and other personally identifiable information for Service-related notices, including Service updates and features, communications for administrative purposes, formal notices required by law, and present and future offerings.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Use
We may use your non-personally identifiable information and behavior gathered from transaction activity, our server log files, or from surveys to perform research on how to make the Services better for our Users. This research may be compiled, analyzed, or sold on an aggregated basis, which does not include information identifying individual users. C. Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Collection

We may use your non-personally identifiable information and behavior gathered from transaction activity, our server log files, or from surveys to perform research on how to make the Services better for our Users. 2)  Protecting Personal Information

A.  Access to Personal Information

Again, due to the nature of the Services, we will need to provide personal information to the providers, or their agents or contractors, to cancel those products or services.  However, to the extent we need to disclose information to providers, or their or our vendors or contractors, we will do so only to the extent necessary to provide those Services. 
B.  Important Disclosures
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to protect our rights, comply with state or federal laws, judicial proceedings, or a court order. We also reserve the right to share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
C.  Use in the Event of Acquisition
In the event we merge with or are acquired by another company or entity, we reserve the right to transfer your information to that new operator.  In such an event, you will be notified before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

3)  Third Party Use and Waiver of Liability

A.  Third Party Use of Information
We reserve the right to use and disseminate information to third parties in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
B.  Use of Third Party Payment Services
We use third-party payment services for financial transactions (currently, Stripe Payments). Any information you share with those or other third-party services are subject to any terms of service, privacy policy, or other agreements with those third parties.  Please review those policies to assure you wish to use those services under those terms.  We have no control over those terms or how those third parties utilize, store, and protect your information. 
C. Use of Third Party Provider
We use a third party provider to perform the Services for you. The provider is required to agree to use and protect your information consistent with the terms of our Privacy Policy. You here authorize us to provide your information to a third-party provider for the purpose of providing you the Services.
D. We use a third party provider to help us distribute e-mail updates about our Company, including Service updates and features, communications for administrative purposes, formal notices required by law, and present and future offerings. The provider is required to agree to use and protect your information consistent with the terms of our Privacy Policy. You hereby authorize us to provide your personally identifying information to a third party provider for the purpose of providing you these email updates.
E.  Waiver of Liability
We are committed to protecting your privacy and limit our interactions to third parties which we have confidence will not misuse your information.  However, we do not control those third parties.  You agree that we are not responsible for any misuse of information by third parties, whether such misuse is through negligence, intentional misconduct, or any action or inaction by a third party or others.

Our Services may link to or otherwise provide information from or about other websites, apps, and other third-party services. Please note that we are not responsible for the actions of other providers or the accuracy of any information about those services or providers presented by us, the provider, or a third party. 4)  General Provisions

A.  No Unsolicited Personal Information Requests
We will never ask you for your personal information in an unsolicited letter, call, or e-mail. If you contact our customer service representative, we will only use your personal information if necessary to fulfill a request by you. 
B.  Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website writes onto your computer. We use cookies to allow faster and easier access to your account information, monitor traffic on the site, and measure traffic patterns to improve functionality. Our Services may contain electronic images known as web beacons or other advanced technologies that are useful in providing you Services.
C.  Subject to Change
Our business, and the Services we provide, are constantly evolving. We may change our Privacy Policy at any time.  You are responsible for checking for updates of our Privacy Policy and other terms.  Continued use of or accessing our Services constitutes acceptance of any new or modified terms.

E.  Changing Your Information
Should you wish to change your contact information, payment information, or other information that is collected from you and stored in your account, you can update or change that information within your account or contact the Company at support@cancelhero.com to request a change.
