Steps to cancel: 1. goto https://www.zoosk.com/
2. Enter email address and Password
3. Click on down arrow under name- choose Account Settings
4. Choose Account Status
5. Choose Turn Off Auto-Renewal
6. Choose a reason-Continue-choose another reason
7. Continue
8. Copy/Paste confirmation
9. Log Out

2. Enter email address and Password
3. From Account- click on Account Status Edit
4. Click on Deactivate

2. Request to cancel
3. If customer has requested to have profile removed make sure that it gets removed by the agent
4. ask for refund. Client may be eligible if has not used any of the services since the last renewal date (email, chat)

2. Request cancellation and profile removed (if needed)
3. You might have to reply to the email from Zoosk to request profile to be removed after subscription has been cancelled.

Steps to cancel: 1. Open iTunes on your computer
2. Under Account goto Sign In and sign in with client account
3. Under Account goto My Account
4. Scroll down and click Manage Subscriptions (if Manage Subscriptions doesn't appear, this account does not have any subscriptions old or new)
5. Turn Off the Auto-Renewal
6. Sign Out of Account
