Steps to cancel: |

| 1. Log into account at https://www.weightwatchers.com/us/ | |
| 2. Click on the down arrow next to client Initials (top right) | |
| 3. Choose Settings | |
| 4. Choose Account | |
| 5. Choose-Click here to see your account settings | |
| 6. Enter password | |
| 7. In the Get Help Box- Select Cancel Account | |
| 8. Choose Online (blue link) | |
| 9. Type the text | |
| 10. If given an option to cancel now or at end of term- choose now or today's date (this will give the client a refund) | |
| 11. Type new Text | |
| 12. Choose Other for each set of boxes | |
| 13. Submit | |
| 14. Copy / Paste confirmation to case notes | |
| 15. Log Out |
