1. Call gym to verify customer is eligble to cancel. If unable to reach gym go to gym website to obtain club email address
2. Fill out Snap Fitness change form and create cancel request letter
3. Send email to club location- in body of email include cancel request letter as an attachment include Snap Fitness Change Form.
4. Request reply email with details of cancellation
