Steps to cancel: |

| 1. Go to http://www.skype.com/en/ and sign in to your account | |
| 2. Click on the subscription to the left of the page. | |
| 3. Click cancel subscription | |
| 4. Confirm the cancellation | |
| 5. Subscription will remain active until the paid period ends. |

Steps to cancel: |

| 1. Log into account your Skype account at www.Skype.com | |
| 2. Under Account Details, select Profile. | |
| 3. In the Personal information section, click Edit next to Change password. | |
| 4. Remove any personal details you provided and then click save | |
| 5. When personal information is removed, only the Skype Name should remain. | |
| 6. If completely want to remove the free account, need to contact customer service. It takes 30 days to remove the Skype Name. |

| 1. https://support.skype.com/support_selection go to skype main customer support chat | |
| 2. They send verification code to email associated with the account. If you have login, you can change the email prior to the chat otherwise they must have code before proceeding the chat | |
| 3. This is only used for deleting the account (after subscriptions or autopay (different), but I think you'll be able to stop payments at the same time. Deletion takes 30 days to remove from system, Rep suggested putting random characters in the info fields to anonymize. |

| 2. Need: Skype name, email address, Year account created, First 6 last 4 of CC (if PayPal- email associated with PayPal) | |
| 3. They will send further details and instruction then. |
