1. Go to http://www.ourtime.com/
2. Log into account with the username and password.
3. Hover mouse over Settings (top right)-Select Mt Account
4. Scroll to Account Status-click View Account Status (copy/paste info)
5. Click on More Account Status Changes
6. Click on Remove My Profile-Choose Neutral
7. Choose Other-Click Continue
8. Type- Please cancel my account and remove my profile-Click Remove Profile-Click- OK, Remove My Profile
9. Copy/Paste Confirmation
