Steps to cancel: |

| 1. go to [BUYSUB URL] | |
| 2. Enter either account number or email address with zip code or name and full address. | |
| 3. Click on log in | |
| 4. on the left hand side it says "cancel your subscription" click on that | |
| 5. The next page says "are you canceling because" click on "Any other reason?" |
