| 2. Log into account- must type out password (can not copy/paste) | |
| 3. Go to "My account" | |
| 4. Go to Manage Subscriptions | |
| 5. Follow steps to cancel auto renew (this may have to be done several times before getting a confirmation that the auto renew was cancelled) | |
| 6. Can also go to the bottom of the web page and click on "suspend or delete your account" | |
| 7. On the next page, you'll see the option at the bottom: "To delete your account and permanently remove your profile from the site, click here | |
| 8. Suspending your account does not cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription (HAVE TO CANCEL AUTO RENEWAL BEFORE DELETING/SUSPENDING THE ACCOUNT) |
