1. Log into account at http://www.magicjack.com
2. Delete all active payment information on file
3. Turn off all Auto Renew options
4. Make note of look up activation code and order # and verify all information.
5. Call Magic Jack at 561-594-9925
6. Ask for your account to be completely cancelled
