Lumosity is an online brain training and neuroscience research company offering brain training programs in the form of games.

	What you’ll need:
	E-mail Address on account
	Password
	Steps to cancel:
	1. Login to account
	2. Click on name and from drop down menu select "Account Settings".
	3. click "Delete Account"
	4. Click to confirm again
	5. NOTE: If "Delete Account" does not appear, the account is paid and you must cancel via another method.

	What you’ll need:
	Type of Credit Card (Visa, Master Card) (or other method such as paypal)
	First Name
	Last Name
	E-mail Address on account
	Steps to cancel:
