| 1. Go to https://www.completesavings.co.uk/Home/Default.rails and log into account | |
| 2. Go to My Account on the upper right of screen | |
| 3. Go to Profile | |
| 4. Scroll to the bottom until you see Subscription and select Unsubscribe from Complete Savings | |
| 5. Click on Confirm and Finalize My Cancellation | |
| 6. The Confirmation page will have an option for refund- it will say Can I get a refund? Click on the 'click here' |
