Steps to cancel: |

| 1. Go to https://bigfishgames.custhelp.com/app/ask | |
| 2. Select a category and enter Cancel Membership in subject line | |
| 3. Enter in message that want to cancel account and indicated the email address used to open the account. | |
| 4. Fill in CC Info, name and address and enter dummy email address | |
| 5. Submit question | |
| 6. Follow up through the dummy email address entered and send an email to bigfishgames@mailwc.custhelp.com. In this email indicate that you want the cancellation confirmation to be sent to the dummy email. |

| 2. Log in and go to Visit My Game Club page and click the Cancel My Membership link | |
| 3. Once membership is canceled, remove your payment details from the Billing Info page by clicking Delete under the payment method. | |
| 4. **It is not possible to completely delete the account** |
