| 2. Log In with Email and password | |
| 3. At bottom of page click on Parents | |
| 4. Click on My account (Under Parents Links) | |
| 5. Click on Cancellation Policy | |
| 6. Click Continue-continue-continue | |
| 7. Choose a cancellation reason-click continue-continue-contuniue | |
| 8. Check the I Understand Box-Submit Cancellation-click continue |

| 4. Fill in form- Give new email address in form (CW Email). In message request cancellation. Will need to give customer's email address, name, and name of child with DOB | |
| 5. When receive first response, you may need to reply to it stating that you cannot cancel via the means they provided instructions for due to lack of access |
